Do I need to get a ticket for everyone in my vehicle?
No, one ticket is needed per vehicle. Tickets will be sent to registrants on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.

Can I get a ticket onsite?
No, tickets are only available online. Update (August 10, 2020): At this time, due to overwhelming response, all tickets for all locations have been allocated. Please check back at TheWalmartDriveIn.com to see if tickets have become available or if an additional event date has been added.
What if I don’t see my ticket in my inbox?
Please check your junk or spam folder.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Please check your confirmation or event reminder email where you will be able to select ‘Cancel RSVP.’

Do I have a limit to how many people can join me?
A maximum of five (5) persons per vehicle will be allowed. This is for safety reasons, as well as for your in-car viewing enjoyment.

Will the Drive-in take place if it rains?
Yes, the Drive-in will take place rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather, you will be notified of a reschedule or cancellation via email.
Could my local event change?Â
Locations, movies, or dates are subject to change. In the case of a change, you will be notified via email.

When should I arrive onsite?
Gates will open at 6:00 PM, 90 minutes prior to the movie start time. Early arrival will not have any effect on your parking location. Entry will be closed and will not be allowed once the movie begins.

How will I be checked-in?
Tickets will be scanned upon arrival. Please make sure your ticket is on your phone or have it printed. Parking staff will guide you to a parking spot.

Can any size vehicle get a parking spot?
Yes, however cars will be parked randomly or may be placed based on vehicle size.

Can I bring chairs to sit outside my car?
No, the Walmart Drive-in requires all attendees to stay inside their vehicles unless needing to use the restrooms. No out of car standing or seating is allowed.

Will there be restrooms?
Clean and sanitized restrooms will be located and available inside Walmart. Please make sure to wear your mask when entering Walmart.

Should I keep my car engine on during the movie?
Car engines and headlights should be turned off during the movie. If you experience any car troubles, please text the number provided to you on-site. A staff member will come right over to assist.

How will I be able to listen to the movie? All vehicles attending will need a functioning FM radio. Attendees will be given the FM frequency upon arrival.

Can I bring my own drinks and snacks to the Walmart Drive-in?
Yes. However, alcohol is strictly prohibited. All local laws regarding consumption of alcohol will be in effect.

Do I need to bring a mask?
We ask all attendees wear a mask whenever stepping outside their vehicle. If wearing a cloth mask, please make sure it:
·         Fits snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
·         Covers your nose and mouth entirely.
·         Is secured with ties or ear loops.
·         Includes multiple layers of fabric.

How is Walmart keeping me safe?
All our onsite staff will be wearing PPE equipment and will maintain 6’ of distance between other staff and attendees. All parking spots will be socially distant from each other. We ask if you are feeling sick, please stay home to protect yourself and others. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.

What should I do in case of an emergency?
Please turn on your hazard lights and honk your horn. A staff member will come right over to assist.

What if I need to leave the movie early?
Please notify a parking attendant located at the end of the row before moving your vehicle.
